Prof. Sharoni Shafir, Department of Entomology, Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Prof. Shafir is the Director of the B. Triwaks Bee Research Center and Head of the newly established Institute of Environmental Sciences. His scientific interests are in the areas of: bee biology, nutritional ecology, perception, learning, and decision making, and the use of bees for pollination.
